Established Swiss consulting and technology company (AG) opens its CHF 1.5m seed round: AI platform for project control in large enterprises, first major customer in production.
A binding, paid, multi-year contract is in place with one of Switzerland’s largest companies. The platform is in productive use there across several teams. A first portion of the seed financing has already been paid in; the round is open to further investors.
Cross-System Control Layer for Large Enterprises
The platform positions itself as a cross-system control layer for project and programme execution in large enterprises.
Unlike conventional AI meeting assistants, the solution is not limited to documenting conversations. It integrates with existing collaboration and project management systems, supports meeting moderation, records decisions and tasks, creates transparency on ownership, and supports planning and control. Further development is aimed at a platform that detects risks, dependencies and bottlenecks early and enables companies to steer their projects more effectively.
The technology was built with technology and development partners and designed for demanding enterprise environments: information security, data protection, tenant isolation and data residency in Switzerland are part of the architecture. The rights to the proprietary software platform are held by the company; the trademark is registered.
The Company and the Customer
Behind the platform is a Swiss stock corporation that has supported large enterprises in digital transformation and in programme and project management for several years (2025 revenue: CHF 1.24m). It is led by the founder, who has more than 20 years of experience in programme and project leadership at international corporations, together with a leadership team for sales, technology and finance and an in-house product and development team.
At the major customer, the platform is in productive use under real enterprise conditions and is being further developed together with the customer. Additional use cases with the existing customer are in preparation; in parallel, deployment opportunities with further companies are being developed.
The addressable market comprises large enterprises in Switzerland, the DACH region and further international markets with complex technology and project portfolios. The business model is based on recurring software licence revenue, complemented by implementation and training services. The existing consulting business supports the transition.
Seed Financing
The company is in a seed financing round with a target volume of CHF 1.5m. The financing is structured as a convertible loan agreement (CLA); a draft agreement approved by the board of directors is available, and the first loans have been subscribed and paid in.
The capital will be used for further product development, building a stable and scalable operation, and systematic market development. Closing is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Investors and Next Steps
We are looking for entrepreneurially minded private investors, family offices and strategic capital partners. Contact is directly with the management. Qualified parties receive access to the detailed documentation after signing a non-disclosure agreement, including pitch deck, financial plan, investment terms and draft agreement; a reference call with the customer is possible.
