NEXTmarket was launched in 2007 as a marketplace by KmuNEXT, with the help of SECO, to facilitate the succession of SME companies in Switzerland. The brokerage platform for company sales quickly grew into the largest independent database in Switzerland.
After a group of young entrepreneurs took over the platform in 2010, the entire website was modernized, the range expanded and the name changed to companymarket.ch. Today you can buy and sell companies on this platform, but interested parties can also find offers for franchises and commercial agencies, for partnerships and investments and also for investments.
Companymarket.ch is completely independent and only committed to its own standards. The focus is on operating a professional brokerage platform with the aim of bringing a high level of transparency, but also security, to a sensitive market. For customers and interested parties, this means that they can position their advertisements on a neutral platform and that we guarantee the separation of market and mandate.
A professional advertisement with images and graphics can be posted on this platform within 10 minutes. Anyone, anytime, and sometimes at a cost of less than CHF 50 per month.
