The company for sale was founded more than 33 years ago and enjoys an excellent reputation well beyond the region.

Language School
Courses in Italian, German, French and English are offered at all levels, from beginner to advanced and university level. Around 15 experienced and certified language teachers prepare students for internationally recognized examinations in German, Italian, French and English. Courses in approximately 20 additional languages are offered for everyday use. Online courses are also part of the portfolio.
Thanks to strong connections, language stays in various locations in Italy are arranged and in some cases personally supervised by the school—a service that could be expanded further.
Translation of documents, certificates and official papers with stamp and apostille completes the service offering.

IT Department
The offer ranges from basic IT courses (Windows/Mac OS) and all Office products to website creation, Photoshop, Java programming and CAD design.

The company is well established and well known in Ticino. The existing training facilities can be taken over. There is also the option to take over premises in a centrally located new building.
Industry experience and personal involvement are not strictly required, as the well-established team can be retained. A transition accompanied by the current owner is possible. For foreign investors, relevant contacts for permits and residency can be provided.
